Character house from 1850 with wooded park of half a hectare. Swimming pool, vegetable garden, hen house, low yard, playground for children from 3 to 12 years old, baby swings, slides, sandbox and miniature donkeys as an option, Jacuzzi and massages in the room. Close to all amenities: 30 meters to a grocery store, 100 m to a tobacco store, newsstand, bakery, restaurants, hairdresser. We make table d'hôtes and breakfast with homemade jams and fresh eggs of the day, garden vegetables, poultry and rabbits.

A charming, studio flat in the heart of the Pyrenees in the beautiful village of Arrout. A light and airy room in a 18th century barn conversion with a newly fitted kitchen. You have your own entrance and a private bathroom . French windows open onto a little patio and garden and views of the woods and there are beautiful views of the mountains (and snow) from the garden and village. We live next door in the main house. In winter and mid-season: this quiet apartment is ideal for hosting a couple, a small family or people on a business trip. In summer: the apartment stays very cool. The environment can be a little more lively and you can enjoy a shared terrace with barbecue and a 9x4 salt pool. As well as many deckchair spaces and garden furniture.
