Evelyne and Albert will welcome you to "La Rocaille" in a small independent house in a quiet wooded park with private terrace. On the Via Garona road, close to a city with all shops (Carbonne 3 km). Access to above-ground pool and pétanque court. Private access to the Garonne for fishing lovers. We are located 40 km south of Toulouse, 190 km from the sea, 250 km from the ocean and 150 km from the Pyrenees. We are also very close to Ariège and Gers.

Charming detached home with free access to the pool, ideal for a couple with children. Guests have free access to the pool, deckchair and inflatable games. The latter is closed by a fence equipped with child safety. Ideally located for your getaways to Carcassonne (30 minutes), Toulouse (45 minutes) and the medieval city of Mirepoix (30 minutes). And to change from the pool, you will be 1 hour from the first beaches. We're waiting for you!

You can enjoy our 2000 m² garden with swing and slide, basketball hoop, perfect for a stopover in our beautiful region! You will surely hear our 7-year-old son and we also have a Border Collie who is at work with us during the day and away from home :)
