Set on a beautiful wooded plot of century-old oak, it has parking and a large swimming pool. Ideally located, the house is located 1/2 hour from the ocean, 1 hour from Spain and 1.5 hours from Arcachon, allowing you to visit the South-West. During the migratory season, the daily passage of cranes above the house, land 1 km away in the reserve.

Occupancy for up to 10p - max 6 adults and 4 children in the dormitory. A terrasse fully equipped with barbecue and plancha. During summer, easter and Christmas seasons, priority given for weekly rentals.
