Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with centuries-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
