Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

One minute away from the beautiful Bürgerpark our studio in a quiet backyard in Berlin/Pankow will be a cozy and comfortable place for you to rest and sleep during your stay in Berlin. You have the entire apartment for yourself during your stay. There is also the beautiful Café Meana where we invite you every day from 2-10 pm. S-Bahn Wollankstr. is 5 minutes to walk, from there you can reach Friedrichstr. in only 10 Minutes and Potsdamer Platz or Alexanderplatz in only 15 Minutes.

The approximately 43 m² non-smoking house is located on a large property in a quiet location. It is about 100 years old and has been lovingly renovated and converted by us. We live in the neighboring house on the same property. The nearest tram stop is about 7 minutes away. Supermarkets and restaurants are similarly close. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) 1 living room with open kitchen, sofa bed and dining area Bathroom with a shower. My apartment in the heart of Mitte is cozy, bright, and fully equipped. The bedroom has a small double bed (120 cm), plus a sofa bed with linens provided. Fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer, dishwasher, water filter, toaster, and coffee essentials with a pour-over set are included. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo and shower gel. Windows face inner courtyards, so it’s quiet, while wooden floors, jute rugs, and warm lighting create a relaxing atmosphere.

Our hotel is located in the very north of Berlin, a 15-minute walk to various supermarkets and the S-Bahn [suburban railway], which will take you to Potsdamer Platz in 20 minutes without changing trains or to Alexanderplatz (one change). The house is in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing after an exciting day in our city. In the garden there is a grill and a small terrace.
