New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two separate beds, one room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity is four adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

The approximately 43 m² non-smoking house is located on a large property in a quiet location. It is about 100 years old and has been lovingly renovated and converted by us. We live in the neighboring house on the same property. The nearest tram stop is about 7 minutes away. Supermarkets and restaurants are similarly close. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) 1 living room with open kitchen, sofa bed and dining area Bathroom with a shower.
