Ideally located, on the edge of the town woods of Thonon. the recently furnished 25m2 studio is very well equipped and benefits from a small terrace. Thonon is a 5-minute drive away and the small shops in the village center are 3 km away. The entrance is independent, all the closets in the studio are available, except for the one in the entrance which contains personal belongings.
