The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Sunny apartment in the Brussels suburb, quiet and green location in the immediate vicinity of the Luisenpark and the charming old town. The Cathedral Square is just a 10-minute walk away. Also in the neighborhood are the EGA (horticultural exhibition), the theater and the exhibition and congress center Erfurt. They have a bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm and a cot size 60x120 cm. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests. It has a garage and a seating area on the terrace for cozy sitting in the evening.
