There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

We offer a rustic farmhouse, built in 1834 in the Bavarian Forest, with everything you need for a great vacation. Bookable for 5 or more people. We have lots of horses, big and small, and dogs. Great excursion destinations around the house. There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

In the absolutely idyllic Kas Alm on the Grandsberg you can relax in peace with your whole family or your friends or celebrate your birthday and other special occasions. NOTE: The access to Kas Alm is via a forest path. The path is not passable with sports cars. The Kas Alm cannot be accessed by car in winter in snow (except with snow chains). The Kas Alm is within walking distance in approx. 5 minutes' walk from the parking lot of Grandsberger Hof.

Be a guest in my single-family home. I am present in the evening and at night, otherwise 3 cats live here. All communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, fitness room and a large garden are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walk.
