The two bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom with a spacious rain shower, stone floors and underfloor heating. The balcony to the south side extends across the entire width of the apartment.

The newly renovated studio is ideal for 2 people & is located right in the center. Close to shops, mountain railways, the Badi & the train station. Thanks to the small kitchen & the small dining table, the place is also wonderful for home office and a break in the mountains. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The newly renovated studio is in a prime location in the heart of Arosa. Shopping and the bus stop are right in front of the house. The accommodation is ideal for two people. The apartment is also suitable for a small family with one or two children. The two freestanding sofa elements are converted into a large bed (240 x 200). There is no parking at the house. The "Brüggli" parking garage at the ski school is best suited.
