Stylish and quiet, as well as very cosy, studio apartment in a central location with a view. 4 minutes on foot to the valley station and the village square in the centre. The apartment is located 1750 m above sea level Very easy to reach by train via Chur (1 hour) (5 minutes on foot from the train station). Approximately 3 minutes on foot to the Obersee and the Untersee (swimming lake with a beautiful wooden bathing area). Everything is electronic, including the toilet. On-site parking may be available by request. There is also a public car park and a multi-storey car park nearby.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
