The apartment is 1750 meters above sea level Very easily accessible by train via Chur (1 hour) (5-minute walk from the train station). It is about a 3-minute walk to Obersee and Untersee (lake with beautiful wooden bathing area). Parking space available at the house on request. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. On about 20 square meters, the room is equipped with 2 separate beds/shower _WC as well as a fridge, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine. Only the access is a little adventurous. It goes to the lower floor of the house. This is only accessible by stairs and not by elevator.
