Many of Budapest's wonderful thermal baths and swimming pools are nearby and so is the Margaret island and the ancient Roman part of Buda (Aquincum). The Sziget festival is a 15 minutes .

You can find everything you need (washing machine, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, towels, etc.) It takes 15 minutes to get to downtown by direct bus (even during the night). Public transport (buses, tram) to the city center, market, playground, pharmacy, restaurants, are all nearby.
