I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Independent access possible. No smoking, no pets, no parties. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility (2 floors with stairs)

Welcome to an old bread oven, between the Dordogne valley and Auvergne volcanoes. Fully restored and furnished with all comforts: equipped kitchen, Senseo coffee maker, bathroom, bedroom with mezzanine, barbecue, garden lounge chairs. Great for a couple and a child or other adult (sofa bed). Lovers of country markets, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing and mushroom gathering. Mandatory cleaning fee: 40 euros to be paid on site in cash

Enjoy a family house 5 minutes from Aurillac, composed of an equipped kitchen open to a living room with TV, giving access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms (140 cm bed) with closet and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. An outdoor terrace, private garden + a garage. Accommodation located in the village with shops (grocery store, bread depot, tobacconists, news...). Towels + bed linens provided. The accommodation is non-smoking.

The house is located in the very quiet village of Mandailles, at the foot of the large Puy Mary site. Summer: The Pleine Nature Station offers plenty of activities. 15 minutes from Lac des Graves. Starting point for GR 400 hikes. Winter: skis, snowshoes. 18 km from Lioran ski resort (if the road is cleared of snow). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves, nearby shops, hotels, restaurants, grocery store, bakery.

L'Oustalou Gîte in 12600 Lugat Quiet Authentic

Old country house on 3 levels, duplex style. Entrance to an equipped kitchen, large dining table and fireplace. On the 1st floor, an open bedroom and a bathroom. From there, a ladder leads to a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 people, with futon-type beds on wooden floors. This gîte is attached to a residential house dating from 1826.
