Holiday rentals with a patio in Arras

The place was clean, well-equipped, and as advertised. The host was extremely welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Location is ideal, quiet and close to all amenities. We'll be happy to go back. Again, thank you for this great experience!

This is our second time at Nicolas's place, and we felt right at home. Nicolas is a communicative and responsive host, and this is really an amazing place for kids - my kids were so happy to have so many toys available! There is also a park about 5 blocks away, a grocery store 2 blocks away, and if you walk to the tram stop there is a sushi restaurant my kids love, a pizza-making ATM (really! with a line of families whose kids must be as amazed by it as mine), and a great boulangerie.

Great place, with minimalist decoration, very comfortable and clean premises, and in a very quiet location.

We enjoyed our stay at La Parenthèse. The apartment was a good size for 2 people, well equipped, within walking distance of Douai centre and for the price paid represented great value. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were quick to provide answers.

Conveniently located, close to squares and shops/restaurants. The accommodation is pleasant and spacious, the terrace is fabulous.

Beautiful apartment on a cobblestone and relatively quiet street given its location 5’ from the train station. Easy access. Accommodation well equipped and with simple but tasteful decor. Caroline was responsive and very clear in her guidelines and advice. I recommend.

Despite a communication quack, hosts are responsive on request and proactive in their service. I recommend this very pleasant place, clean and decorated with taste.

We had a last minute change of plans and needed to find a new spot to stay quickly. So glad we found this gem! The host was so gracious and generous. We showed up to fresh tulips, mint water, and a bottle of Prosecco. They even offered to help us make a restaurant reservation. The house was just darling- all the comforts of home, cozy patio for night time wine, walking distance to shops and food, AND TinTin books! Charming. We only had one night there but we would have stayed longer. Thanks again for the perfect stay!
