Located at the crossroads of 4 valleys and close to the Spanish border, 4 ski resorts, the Pyrenees Nature Park. The residence has a swimming pool (open from 06/01 to 09/20 except Sundays) and a closed covered parking lot (reserved space + ski locker). View of the village of Arreau (700 m altitude) and the Aspin.
