Exclusive, beautiful new beach front apartment on Playa Reducto beach, perfect for swimming and water sports. Bus stops 5 min. walking and airport connected. Close to beach bars, restaurants and sea front promenade. Floor to ceiling windows from the lounge area with wonderful beach views. 2 sofas in TV seating area. Open plan to dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Master suite has panoramic beach views, suite bathroom, walk-in closet. The twin room have built in wardrobe and single beds.

Enjoy the simplicity of this accommodation in the heart of the island. Well connected to the main access road, close to the supermarket and the promenade. A 15-minute walk from the beach and around 20–25 minutes from the town centre and the restaurant area, easily accessible from both the main street and the town centre. It has a private terrace on the top floor and everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay to relax, in addition to what the island has to offer.

Parking next door. It is part of a complete estate with another independent accommodation on one side of the finca and my house in the middle. Both are totally independent.
