The apartment is wonderful, clean and organized, has utensils that make us look like we are at home generating comfort and practicality. The location is perfect, the host Sima is extremely kind and careful with the guests and makes herself available for whatever you need. We love hosting for sure we'll be back !

We love every minute of our stay, communication with Daniel was excellent since the first contact still in the reservation. He answered the questions whenever we asked them, kindly considerate. Great communication with the Caretaker. We were super comfortable, like at home anyway. The surroundings of the apartment are fantastic, market, bakery, center, beach, everything nearby, we left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. We will definitely return.

FlatSoul do João is very tri, very comfortable we were at home and the location is, close to the Guitar lagoon, right in the center with all the available trade, all in hand, close to the beach as well. The ballooning park for walking as well. We don't need to use the car to do anything these days that we stay in this flat. We will definitely return! Really grateful João.

This is the second time I've stayed at Nádia's apartment with my mother and daughter. Always very clean and organized. In addition, Nádia left some treats like very cold drinks, cookies and mini panettone, the air conditioning on already cooling the environment and a super nice letter. The caretaker, Mr. Alcione, who assists us, is always very helpful and polite. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It has everything we need on Av Paraguassu and it is possible to do many things on foot, including going to the beach. Family atmosphere, no noise. Everything is great. I intend to return again and recommend it to anyone who needs it!
