This iconic accommodation, located a few minutes from the city of Portalegre, will give you the opportunity to have a unique experience. It consists of two houses, a main house and a small cottage. You will be able to enjoy a private pool, outdoor bathtub, barbecue, and a wonderful swing to enjoy the late afternoon and watch the sunset. The accommodation is completely private, and when you book it, it is reserved exclusively for you and your family or friends. It is fenced in on all sides.

Tapada da Raia has 35 acres of land, in the Natural Park of Serra de São Mamede (being the last Portuguese house, because it is bordered to Spain). For years it served as an anti-stress refuge for the family, who today decided to open the doors for those who want to spend relaxing days in the nature. We have a private swimming pool (3.5 m by 2.5 m) with a stunning panoramic view. We are close to charming and historic places such as Monsaraz, Estremoz, Vila Viçosa and Évora. Mamede Natural Park, it is surrounded by a wide variety of native flora, such as cork oaks, olive trees, oaks or fruit trees. Crossed by the Sever River and a stream that invites you to take refreshing baths through its numerous waterfalls. It also has two real natural pools, old reused irrigation tanks.

Here you can get immersed in nature's beauty, enjoy the sky full of stars and listen to the sheep's bells chiming.
