It is mandatory to identify yourself with the ID or Passport of the people who are going to come for the registration and part of mandatory travelers in Spain, otherwise you will not be able to access. Beautiful one bedroom 40m2 apartment & a 60m2 terrace with ocean views and sun all day. It faces west. It's on the ground floor. It is great for a couple. It is very cozy. The building has 60 apartments. The pool is seasonal and cozy. My apartment is a couple of minutes walking from the promenade and Santa Ana beach and the park and bus stops. My kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 AC & all appliances are new. I have 500 MB WiFi
