Welcome to Casa do Sapateiro! This green retreat is located in a small village at the foot of Serra dos Candeeiros, an hour's drive from Lisbon. It invites you to enjoy the surrounding calm, cool off in the pool, read a book in the patio room amidst the plants, or have a glass of wine in front of the large fireplace. Being an old house integrated into the village, it was renovated in 2007 and since then enriched by the affection of my parents who made it a true green oasis overlooking the mountains.

Pátio D'Aldeia house is in the village of Alcobertas in the Natural Park of Serra de Aire e Candeeiros. With a vast cultural and landscape heritage to explore, the place is great for families or groups of friends who enjoy nature and/or want to explore important historical cities around. A Casinha - Charming Cottage near Santarém

Renovated two-bedroom accommodation – one bedroom with a double bed and a desk, the other with two single beds – open-plan kitchen-diner, bathroom with shower and toilet. Courtyard and a garden with a terrace. Minimart : 3 mins walk. Motorway: 2 mins [some noise audible from outside]. 15 mins to Rio Maior and Santarém. BEACHES AND SURFING: 35 to 45 mins – São Martinho do Porto, Foz do Arelho, Nazaré, Peniche. RIVER BEACHES: 35 mins – Olhos de Água or Valada on the Tejo. Airport/Lisbon 50 mins.

The old mill is a mill over 400 years old, built by the Cistercian monks of Alcobaça. In the Old Mill, you can enjoy moments of rest in the countryside.
