Everything is wonderful. Easy check-in. Nice location. Tastefully decorated. All new. Friendly and detailed communication. We felt right at home. No problem even with a dog. We are happy to book again.

This was a perfect place to stay before we flew out of Athens. Mike even arranged a shuttle for us and booked us dinner at a wonderful restaurant around the corner. Perfect way to end our trip!

Very nice and clean apartment in the suburbs of Athens. Our trip to Athens one of the days took only 40-50 minutes each way. The hosts live on the top floor and are always ready to help, they are exceptionally intelligent and delicate people. There is a Lidl store 8 minutes away with everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. We took a break from the noise of the city and enjoyed the sounds of the village. Thank you!!

There was plenty of space and things to do and a great view! The apartment was clean, but the high location of the place requires bragging, but it wasn't impossible. I recommend this place for an athletic party if you want to explore their surroundings and take trips on vacation, but especially for a group that values peace and privacy, and longs for a relaxed vacation together. :-)

We had an amazing stay at Antonis’s house in Porto Rafti! The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and felt so comfortable. But the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking, far more stunning than we could have imagined. Antonis was a fantastic host. He was so welcoming, kind, and accommodating, always available to answer any questions we had. He went above and beyond by preparing detailed files with recommendations for activities and food in the area, which made exploring so much easier and enjoyable. His hospitality really made our trip special. We would absolutely visit again, especially in the summer. Highly recommend staying here—it was perfect!

Marios’s place had everything we needed with lovely surroundings and a 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute drive into Rafina. At the bottom of hill there is a good supermarket and the town has numerous great cafes, restaurants, bars & shops, we had a great time here, would definitely recommend 👍

great apartment right at the heart of Athens, butefull area of Kolonaki. 5 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. apartment is butefull, hut tub is grate. hosts are available and answer very fast. apartment has 2 balconies and the rooftop. amayzing. the place is amazing, kolonaki is amazing Athens is amazing, greece is amazing. very recommended.

Loved this place so much that we came back ! Walkable distance to the centre of the town, super clean, lots of balconies and the rooftop is amazing with 4 lounge chairs ! Krassy is super nice and answer super quickly she was also flexible on the check out. Definitely recommend

We stayed with Oleg for the second time. He is the perfect host: extremely proactive, fast communication and very flexible regarding check-in and check-out. The view from this apartment never ceases to fascinate me! Everything you could possibly need for a memorable stay is available. The bedroom is quiet and the bed delightful. Therefore, we decided to book Spyros' place to host our guests. Our guests absolutely loved the apartment—they felt very comfortable, at home, and were thoroughly satisfied with their overall experience, including the smooth check-in and check-out process. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, sunny, warm, and cozy, and includes all listed amenities and more. Communication with the hosting team was excellent throughout. Urban Villas and Suites was an amazing stay for my family. We traveled with two young kids (both under 6) and they felt very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to the Acropolis, and the restaurants a few blocks away were great. Everyone was friendly and the host messaged me back with answers to questions within the hour. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this for a family stay!

Amazing views. Spotless Clean and with everything you need.

We stayed at the villa for six days as a family of 11 and all had a truly fabulous time. The villa is new, spotless and beautifully designed with high end furnishing. The outdoor is stunning and the pool - a real gem. The owners thought of everything, including a pool for toddlers that is part of the main pool. The rooms are spacious and indulging and the views from the villa are spectacular. There are multiple dining areas for large crowds so you could spend one meal overlooking the beautiful pool and garden and the other - overlooking the adjacent sea. Lastly, the owner George, was 100% available for us - kind, generous and extremely responsive. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Perfect place , beautiful views , peace, quiet, generally very charming place. The only drawback(not for everyone ) that there was no glass on one of the floors of the terrace, but only a barrier through which younger children can fall out, so you have to watch out, but with no reservations . It was beautiful ;)

Excellent experience for someone seeking calm, quiet and beauty all at the same! The views are spectacular! The bedroom had all the comforts we could need. We felt right at home in the kitchen which was set up just like ours at home. Because it was the winter season there were very few people anywhere. I felt like we had complete privacy. Danai was extremely responsive with information before we came. And we were very grateful that she was able to be flexible with the hours, allowing us to check-in a bit early after a long flight to Greece. Roi was so welcoming as she opened the house and showed us around the property. We are thankful to both of you, and also thankful for the delicious lemon we picked from the garden. We stayed at this beautiful villa for the first weekend of April 2025, to celebrate a bachelorette party, and it was absolutely perfect! The interiors have a touch of the past, with a gorgeous, upper-class charm that made the whole experience feel extra special. Harris, our host, was incredibly kind and responsive, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway! P.S. Just an hour drive from Athens, the journey itself was a treat - the spring scenery along the way was magical, with blooming flowers and lush green hills setting the tone for the weekend. Worth visiting not only in summer time but also in spring!

It’s a unique place with great energy. The house is beautiful, has all the amenities you can ask for. The host is very kind and discrete, very responsive, she provided anything we needed. The scenery is just breathtaking. A luxurious stay worth the price.
