We had a great Christmas at the villa. This house is amazing. Very warm, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Lovely house, even better than the photos. Plenty of space inside and also a big garden. Location is perfect: quiet area but very easy 20 minute walk to the old port. The beach is only 10 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay in Vaux sur mer. Very good hosting. Perfect villa, very nice, very well designed, very well equipped and above all very clean. And finally: "the pool"!!! A great plus. I would highly recommend this rental.

Very clear announcement that allowed us to plan it right away. The rental is true to this one: high quality and very well-equipped; clean and extremely well arranged (spacious with part day vs night, 3 bathrooms, master suites); close to the beach, shopping malls while staying in a peaceful location. We had a great time with friends and children and thank Fabrice for his hospitality, availability and thoughtfulness.

Perfect accommodation for our family weekend. The en suite bathrooms in each bedroom are a real comfort. Concierge available and attentive.

A wonderful place to take a big family holiday. Lots of space in the house and it had a really unique design and feel that made it comfortable and stylish. The outside space was perfect with multiple seating and dining areas along with a fantastic pool which children and adults all enjoyed thoroughly. It's not often you can please everyone but all our family where seriously impressed. The local area is very local, so off the beaten track for most Brits which made it even more enjoyable. We would all stay again thats for sure.

The name “La parenthèse” alone defines our weekend. An enchanting place decorated with taste. Spaces that allow everyone to seclude or get together. Level amenities and amenities. A responsive host without being invasive. If as a bonus, the weather is good, this house is a real gem. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time with the family for Christmas thanks to this villa. Numerous well-arranged rooms, large table to eat together, comfortable and clean bedding, well-equipped kitchen. Everything is here to gather for a few days. And there's space for 5 cars in the yard. Well located, Pontaillac beach within walking distance in 5 minutes. I recommend it!

Sandy is an awesome Host. We fell in love with the House the second we arrived. Very clean everything as it is on the Pictures. We felt like at home. I recommend the House for everyone. We will definitely come back. Thank you Sandy for everything. Was a pleasure to stay with you.

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. We had a great time with our girlfriends! I highly recommend this place because it allows you to gather and have great convivial moments... Pleasant location and lots of diverse and varied activities available!

The villa is tastefully furnished, equipped and decorated. The layout of the rooms and their layout are ideal for our family of five with three teenagers, so that everyone has their own space. The environment is peaceful and conducive to walks, especially with the beach a stone's throw away, and nice restaurants also nearby. In short, we'll be happy to come back, in summer to enjoy more of the exteriors that are perfect too!

We had a pleasant stay, 4 generations under one roof and everyone felt at ease and comfortable. The grandparents enjoyed the pétanque court, the little one the pool…. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. Close to all amenities, it is at the same time in the middle of meadows in a very quiet place. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a wonderful week with friends with 3 toddlers, Sandrine's house is very beautiful, perfectly maintained, convenient for family and the pool is superb! Who + is the place was very clean with all the comforts you need, Brief to book without hesitation Thank you ☀️

We had a lovely stay at Laurent and Melanie's. We were able to enjoy the pool, sauna, video projector. The house is very nice and the bedding very comfortable. Laurent made himself very accessible and made it easy for us to access Airbnb.

Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for this great week in Vert Bois Oleron The house is as described and very equipped , no lack to report The pool is delicious like the garden ,you feel quiet and privacy . The location is perfect access to the green wood beach, where we were able to do surfing courses By bike , via bike path in the immediate vicinity, there are 15 minutes -20 minutes with children , to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron St Trojan, or the cotton plant which are charming . Super U or Intermarché 5- 10 minute drive for shopping A great location We will be back! Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for the responsiveness . See you soon

We had the most perfect stay. Jerome and his family greeted us and were very helpful and kind and friendly. The facilities were perfect for family living. The pool was excellent. The beds were really comfortable and the blackout blinds allowed us all to sleep so well. For runners/walkers/cyclists - the surroundings are perfect - lots of flat paths to follow through fields without cars! Beautiful sunsets 🌅 too! Fantastic local amenities (park, supermarket, boulangerie etc) and only a short drive to La Rochelle. We didn’t want to leave! We will certainly be returning in the future! Thanks so so much.
