Perched on stilts above the village of La Bâtie-Neuve, Chalet L'Écureuil welcomes you to its cosy, treehouse-style cabin on the edge of the forest, at the far end of the property, behind the main chalet occupied by the owners. You can access the property via a charming 50-metre footpath and enjoy a magnificent view of the valley. Its 19 m² covered outdoor terrace features a fully private hot tub. Adults only. Babies and children not permitted.

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

The 68 m2 apartment we are offering was completely renovated during the summer of 2020. It is located on the ground floor and has a small garden furniture. With a barbecue available and the calm of the surroundings, you can enjoy the outdoor spaces during the beautiful summer evenings. You'll have access to all the amenities of Guillestre (bakery, market, butcher, and other shops) within a 10-minute walk.

We love Queyras and want to allow you to discover or rediscover it. Summer and winter, there are so many activities to do: hiking, downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, cross-country skiing. Or just rest, relax! In winter, ski departure on foot and in summer many hikes are available to you without taking the car! The apartment is located in a residence with private pool, spacious balcony and facing south.
