Located 300 m from the village and the marina, this very bright 43 m2 two-room apartment has a 13 m2 terrace. Entrance with cupboard, fitted kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed (140x190), 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, chest of drawers and large cupboard. Shared swimming pool generally open from May to September. Private parking space in the basement. BED LINEN, TOWELS, tea towel and bath mat INCLUDED. Summer rental for a minimum of 6 nights, starting on a Saturday.

Equipped kitchen with induction hob, Tassimo, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, fan. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine. Shops, beaches, restaurants, thalassotherapy within walking distance €50 fee for cleaning not done. SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. Self check-in with the key box.
