Besucht uns in unserem neu renovierten Ferienhaus auf dem über 1000 m² großen Grundstück mit direkt angrenzendem Bachlauf, überdachtem Balkon und großem Gartenbereich! Das 50 qm große Holzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf erweckt. Unser kleiner Rückzugsort wurde innen und außen grundlegend renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Nehmt euch eine Auszeit und ladet euren Akku bei gemütlichen Abenden am Kaminofen wieder auf :-)

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

Du bewohnst dein eigenes kleines Häuschen mit privatem Eingang. Es verfügt über WC, Waschbecken und Dusche, Sauna auf Anfrage (20€ extra) und einen kleinen, wunderschönen Garten. Der Wohnraum hat eine bequeme Schlafcouch (1,4x2m), TV, DVD und eine gute Musikanlage. Eine weitere Schlafgelegenheit (2 x2m) gibt es im oberen Bereich. Es handelt sich um einen privaten Haushalt, wir freuen uns über Gäste und versuchen stets, eine persönliche Begrüßung zu ermöglichen.

Die Dachwohnung in unserem Haus liegt ca. 20 Min. zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum in Aschaffenburg entfernt und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Vom Balkon aus habt ihr einen wunderbaren Blick über unseren Stadtteil Schweinheim und die Ausläufer des Spessarts. Ideal für Radwanderer, Biker da kostenlose Stellplätze direkt im und am Haus. Speziell für Radwanderer stehen abgeschlossene Stellplätze direkt im Haus zur Verfügung. Auch ideal für Messeaussteller.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The citycentre is about 5min away by car, but can also easily be reached by bus (bus station is 200m from the flat) or by foot (20min along the banks of the river Main). Parking is possible in the yard, in front of the apartment. A supermarket (with some food-to-go options) and a beer garden are nearby.
