The 3 nights I spent here was absolutely fine in every way. Well equipped kitchen with stovetop, kettle, microwave, an extremely handy washing machine, as well as a nice selection of tea bags and coffee sachets. I couldn't fault the shower and toilet? And the living space is well sized with TV that has international channels, an extremely comfy double bed, big wardrobe, and a nice L shaped dining area. Vahe as a host is very responsive! You could call or message him throughout the day during your time in the city if needed. He even booked me a Yan-dex taxi from the airport due to my phone not being able to accept the app? Top host, lovely apartment, very well located!

Our stay at this beautiful house was relatively short, but we loved it so much that we will definitely be back soon. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The place was well renovated, clean and very accommodating. The kitchen was very well furnished, it had everything that we needed. The bathroom and the bedrooms were exceptionally clean and had all the necessary toiletries and furnishing. The outside of the house was relaxing and very well thought-out. We had breakfast and dinner at the two verandas/porches outside and loved it very much. Thank you to our host for this great gem, we will visit again!

Karen and Karina are very good-natured, friendly and hospitable people! They did their best to make it calm, joyful, and comfortable for us (their guests). The day before the trip, Karina and Karen were always in touch, sent detailed information about the house itself, nearby attractions and the location of the necessary infrastructure. Even at this point, they were very quick to help resolve any issue. When we arrived they met us in person, helped us move the things, showed and told us everything. In the future, they always stayed in touch and helped to resolve absolutely any issues that arise. The house is wonderful and cozy. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay of a family. All the appliances are working and in a great condition. The hosts left all the necessary household chemicals so we didn't have to worry about this moment. Internet is good and stable, suitable for work. There is a huge garden in front of the house The veranda in front of the house was our most favorite place to spend time :) Morning coffee there was magical :) Grandpa Shiraz (Karen's father) deserves special thanks. He got along great with our kids and also helped in every way if anything was needed. There is also an opportunity to buy farm-to-table products (milk, sts, etc.). The kids drank milk liters, I couldn't help it:) I want to say that this house is a great place for summer vacation/remote work for couples with kids. Karen and Karina are reliable and hospitable people who will do their best to make their guests comfortable and safe.
