Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ashtabula County

was everything described. very clean and in walking distance to a lot of places. was stocked very well. loved the firepits...just curious what all the thousands of bugs are this time of year there. they were everywhere...nasty lil things!! would definately stay here again. thank you for hosting us.

We had a great stay! Location was great and was walkable to a coffee shop across the street in the morning, short walk to downtown shops/restaurants and shirt drive to surrounding wineries. Place was very clean and exactly as described. Host was very communicative and great to work with. Would stay at the location again and reccomend the host. Thanks!

We needed a landing place to visit family for Thanksgiving. We spent our days with family but needed a place to rest at the end of the day. This place was perfect. We had some pretty bad weather and they were responsive and helpful in access to shovels and flexible with out check out time since we had to dig out. I would most definitely recommend this place! We had four adults and one small dog and there was plenty of space.

Beautiful and peaceful little garage/studio apartment. It’s not really meant for couples. Maybe more for like a single person or 3 single friends. The water comes from a well and has a sulfur smell which is common according to the internet. If you have a sensitive nose I would not recommend staying here. (Water smells like Nair or burnt hair) other than that we loved staying here. Super quite!

A wonderful space perfect for a larger group on a trip. Quick access to many restaurants, stores, and local attractions.

Dry nice place to stay at. Lots of communication that made check in easy. Quit place with great views to watch all the wildlife. Having morning coffee watching the birds and squirrels was relaxing. The place itself had everything you need for your stay. We would not hesitate staying here again if up in the area. There are also lots of things to do including wineries, the lake and plenty of hiking opportunities. This is a little gem on the Grand River.

We stayed in unit 7. Our stay at Roger’s place was good. We were there for a little under two months. Initially the unit stunk of cigarette smell, but we aired the unit out and used candles to mask it. The dryer didnt work initially, but Roger replaced it very quickly. Any issues were addressed fast by him and he even accommodated us by putting a AC unit in the second bedroom (we didnt know there wasnt one there). The unit itself is old, with old appliances (washer and dryer are new), but everything was functional and we had no issues during our stay (other than what was mentioned). The utensils were a bit sparse, but i brought my own pans, dishes, utensils, and containers. Fridge/freezer were clean, medium sized and fully functional. Bathroom was clean too with enough towels for me and my buddy. Neighbors were nice, and it was very quiet and peaceful. I’d recommend staying here if you want to save some money, while also knowing the host has good intentions to make sure youre okay

Ken was proactive and clear with his instructions on how to get in. Nice place to stay near where we needed to go. Near a main route so occasionally traffic noise could be heard but it didn’t bother us. Had everything we needed for our stay!

What a fantastic house. It was so close to the lake and park to the lake. The whole house was clean and inviting. We had no issues. The host was very responsive. We spent a lot of time in the basement listening to music, shooting pool, playing card games and just hanging out. I would absolutely stay at this location again. It was as described and very close to it all. Thank you for having us!!

This house was perfect for my friends and I. It was so cute and had amazing updates. Everything was labeled making getting around the house a breeze. We would definitely stay again!

Nice cabin on a private road. My daughter and I were in town for a swim meet at Spire and it was nice to come back to a comfortable, clean, quiet place to relax after spending the day at a loud crowded venue. Cabin was nicely equiped with everything you could need. We unfortunately were unable to use the outdoor space they have set up due to the weather. Will definately book with them again.

We enjoyed our 3 night getaway! The private beach was incredible. We enjoyed a peaceful time on the lake with our two dogs. - 85 inch TV in the family room for watching football - gas grill and blackstone for the barbecue - fire pit - beach supplies including 2 kayaks and life vests - comfortable master suite with jacuzzi tub - game room with pool table So much fun and many possibilities!

The Hygge House is a perfect comfortable and cozy get away. The house has all that is needed and is a great location to get to Ashtabula, GOTL, wineries and so much more. Definitely would recommend and look forward to a return visit!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Jennifer’s Air BNB. The home was perfect for my family size, clean and had everything we needed. The home is beautiful and we were able to relax as if we were in our own home. Jennifer was an excellent host and was responsive to all my questions and needs immediately. We ended up staying an extra day then originally planned, and Jennifer worked with us to make it happen. This home is one of my top homes to stay in. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we are in Conneaut!

Great place to stay when you are visiting the area! Awesome view and it was nice having the beach right there. Very close to all the wineries and of course GOTL downtown area. Recommend.

This place was amazing! The view is perfect, everything is exactly as pictured. The communication from the owner was quick and efficient every time. They had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of super soft towels and washcloths, comfy bed, everything we could need for the kitchen. The smart tv and the shower were wonderful. We had a relaxing getaway and would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable occasion. The location was absolutely stunning! Each morning and evening, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of Lake Erie, with the sun casting a golden glow on the water as it rose and set. We spent our days lounging by the inviting heated swimming pool, relishing the warmth even during the cooler hours. The convenience of being close to delightful restaurants added to the experience, allowing us to indulge in a variety of culinary delights. In the evenings, we would unwind by curling up together and watching our favorite shows, easily casting them to the smart TV in our cozy bedroom. Overall, our time there was incredible, and I wholeheartedly recommend this enchanting place for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories.

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. She loves Lake Erie so I was looking for a place close to the lake. You can’t get much closer to the Lake than this place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Debbie was very responsive and when our Keurig stopped working she made sure we had a replacement 10 minutes after messaging her - well before morning coffee! Very clean and well-equipped. Only concerning issue was the fact that the bedrooms are interior rooms with no windows or fire egress. This is no way is a reflection on our host but a big thumbs down to the local building codes that allowed this building to be built like this as it appears all units are like this. With that being said I would have a hard time returning to this building out of safety concerns. Again, the unit was super clean and well equipped. Excellent host!

The condo was very nice. It's in a great location easy to walk to the strip or the walking trail at the lodge. The kitchen had everything that you would need to cook. I loved the directors chairs that was on the porch and it was a beautiful view of the lake.

My husband and I first enjoyed a stay at Michael’s condo 4 years ago. It’s become our go to place at GOTL. Clean, everything you need, great view, quiet and good location. Staying by the water is good for the soul. Recommended by this retired couple.
