With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. A massive live-in kitchen, combining a lounge and dinning area, plus double sofa bed.

This unique space is set within a 200 year old weavers cottage but with all the modern conveniences of a newly completed studio apartment with all mod cons. The apartment is open plan on first floor with a double bed, and double bed settee and en-suite shower and laundry room. The second floor comprises twin beds addition with en-suite bath. Hight restriction to 2nd floor slopping ceiling.
