Our First floor modern 2 bedroom property is located close to Sale town centre with links to bus, tram, motorway (M60 and M56) and 15 minute drive to Manchester Airport. Less than 5 minutes walk to Dane Road tram stop and 20 minutes on the tram to the city centre. 10 minutes to Trafford centre, 23 minutes to Dunham park where you get to see deers roaming free. We are close to the Manchester United ground and the cricket ground. The property is located close to the canal for a peaceful walk
