The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with lovely demarcated private garden. We have 2 min. to beautiful views of Kullen, the harbour and the coast, as well as 7 min. walk to the beach with a bridge, and thus ample opportunity for a morning dip! Follow the Fyrstien towards old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from where there is a breathtaking view.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Sommerhuset er bygget af min bedstefar. Jeg er kommet her hele mit liv. Nu vil vi gerne dele disse hyggelige rammer med andre. Vi bruger selv huset hvilket præger indretningen. Det er et personligt og hyggeligt hus, som vi elsker. Sommerhuset er helårs-isoleret og velfungerende omgivet af en stor naturgrund. Og den fantastiske strand kan man cykle til på 5 min.
