Holiday rentals with breakfast in Asón-Agüera

Already in advance, the communication was very pleasant, fast and straightforward. So was the personal key handover. The apartment is in a good location, not far from the old town. You have bus, metro and also the tram within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stay, even a longer one. It is also very clean. Absolute highlight is the large terrace with fantastic views over almost the whole city. If you want to criticize something, it's probably the somewhat weak internet. It would be good if it would work the same stable everywhere in the apartment and also on the terrace.

We stayed at Selina's house for about 10 days. As they spent the most identified days with the house, and in the end, it feels longing to leave. Selina was attentive at all times to some small incidents we found. The house and its surroundings are wonderful, the interior transports us to the past, the house is not for people of modern tastes but for those who enjoy the atmosphere that breathes the house. Selina has been doing home renovations adapting it to current life. I think we'll do the experience again

Jon is an excellent host, always attentive and even in our case he helped us out after going out looking for several days helmets that we had lost. Her mother is also a delight and took care of showing us the whole house and that we had everything we needed. The house is in an unbeatable location right on the beach, with its own garden overlooking the promenade and lacks detail, Jon and his mother have thought of everything. An outstanding stay

Everything was perfect! Maria is really kind and respectful of our privacy. The house is very cozy and warming, everything was super clean. The water of the shower was perfect, never had temperature problems. Perfect communication as well. In particular we loved the varied breakfast, always ready for us also early in the morning. The place is in the city center, walkable. 100% worth it, we highly recommend Maria's place for your stay in Santander.

Great stay! We were 2 families with 3 young children and had a great time. The house was perfect for the occasion and with a great location to do the activities in the area. It was perfectly equipped, clean and very taken care of. Begoña is always attentive and is a charm. Definitely a 10 and we hope to repeat as soon as possible :)

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

We spent 20 days in the apartment, and I have to say that we had a great time. The value is remarkable. Communication with Guillermo was excellent at all times. Remark that I have never been in such a well-stocked apartment as this, which is appreciated, especially when you arrive from a long trip. Very good location, very close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and the beach. To put a counter, yes I would say the apartment needs an update, but the owner was very open to continuing to make improvements, so surely when we return the stay will be more than excellent.

Very pleasant and well appointed accommodation. Tamara is a remarkable host (lots of great tips and useful addresses, a small free breakfast). On the other hand, bring earplugs because you can hear the bar below...

Andoni was perfect from start to finish, he provided us with all the explanations needed to enter the accommodation, where to park, what to do in Bilbao and around, where to eat, etc. The apartment is convenient, well located, we found everything we needed for the stay. Perfect for us (family with young kids).

We had a fantastic time at Irene's apartment. From the first moment, the contact was very friendly and Irene was lovely. We were traveling with a little girl and on the floor she had a crib, a high chair and a bath, which made our stay very much easier. Leaving the floor there was a park for the little one and the beach and the pedestrian area were less than 1 minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need to spend a stay of 10. We were 5 adults and there was enough room for everyone. The terrace is super nice. You can park the car in the same building, point in its favor as well. In the apartment there is everything for cooking and normal life if you don't want to go out and eat outside. We 100% recommend booking with Irene! We will be back 😀 thanks !

We really loved staying at your apartment. It's very characterful and comfortable - had everything we needed. It's also in a great location for exploring Bilbao, especially the market, Riverside and old town, which are all easily walkable from the apartment. All the lifts amd escalators were also great for moving between the different levels. We loved exploring your amazing city.

The duplex exceeded our expectations. It is perfectly equipped and unbeatable location. Everything was in perfect condition. We had a wonderful stay at Inma’s apartment with our family of four, including two small children. The apartment was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged - very homely without feeling cluttered. Our kids especially loved their beds and were thrilled to find games waiting for them, which made them feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked and very functional, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect - lots of restaurants, a supermarket, and bakeries just around the corner, and it was close to all the main sights. Inma was outstanding as host -super friendly, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cared about our wellbeing. She greeted us personally, helped with our luggage, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for families!

We spent 2 days in Bilbao, the apartment area is excellent since you are close to all areas of the area, the hosts of 10 are waiting for everything to be in order. Without a doubt, if I return to Bilbao, I would not hesitate to go back to the apartment of Iñigo y Marta.

It was a really pleasant stay, the house is cozy and clean and has a beautiful garden. A short walk to the beach and all amenities. Alicia was hospitable and very kind. Super recommended! :)

We stayed 5 nights at Hanne’s & Jasper’s place and truly loved our time there. It’s a very cozy countryside house right by a blueberry field, and you are a short car ride away from all the stunning beaches. Very good location. Close to the old town and also to the Guggenheim. Public transportation is also very close. Although I only stayed to sleep, everything was clean and the common areas were tidy. 100% recommended!!

We had an excellent stay at La Casa de los Miradores located in a riverside village. We were looking for a place near Santander that offers a richer experience than the typical hotel stay. This property was perfect! One of the best things about this house is the namesake “Mirador”, a glass enclosed sitting room that makes for an amazing place to enjoy the views of the rolling hills. We stayed on the upper level which gives you a lot of privacy since you have the whole level to yourself with an open “yoga area” plus a private bedroom/bathroom. The main level is available for use and features a gourmet kitchen and living area with doors that open to the lawn. The other highlight are the hostesses, Pilar and Isabelle. They are fun and easygoing. Isabelle is a native Cantabrian and can give you tips on local sites, restaurants and day hikes. The location is perfect - an easy day trip to Santillana del Mar and all the gorgeous beaches. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.
