Gite in a wine-growing farmhouse in Pic St Loup

Just 20 minutes from Montpellier, the Figaret cottage is a stopover in the countryside, ideally located, between the Pic St Loup and the sea. The Camargue is 45 minutes away. The private apartment with direct access to a terrace is on the ground floor of a beautiful stone building dating back in part to the 12th century. We live on the floor just above and will therefore be very available to welcome you, discuss good local tips or introduce you to our wine business.

Two separate sleeping areas offer two 160cm double beds, including a retractable one, as well as a single 90cm mattress. Hotel quality bedding, equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, Weber BBQ and private parking. 5 min from Pic Saint-Loup, 20 min from Montpellier and 30 min from the beaches, Cévennes and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert.

On the ground floor of a beautiful village house, a completely independent apartment with a 80 m² wooded courtyard. With an area of 70 m² and completely renovated, it includes: - a living room/equipped kitchen, - a bathroom, - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, - 1 bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds (which can be combined to make a large double bed), - 1 small bedroom with a 90 cm single bed. Maximum capacity of 4/5 people. Parking is available on the street.

The Mas de l'Arboras

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

Independent F2: Park at the property; pack your bags in your apartment , being part of our bastide. Bright , functional and quiet it offers a comfortable surface and keeps your privacy . The large glass window will allow you to easily access the garden through the "fitness area". Montpellier is 5 km away, the center 8 km, the tram at station L 5. Clapiers is 5 minutes by car, bus 23 in front of the apartment. You can ask us for any special help.

Unobstructed view of nature or the village. Pool 3.60 by 3 Many mountain biking and hiking trails around the house. We only accept families or two couples. Unfortunately, we don't accept dogs.
