Our house is located in the village of a small town, about 5 minutes from the beaches and salt marshes. We offer a semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms and a garden. Public parking nearby in the parking lot of the church. You will find within 100 m: A's grocery store (with products from our local producers), bakery, bar/tobacco, pizzeria, pharmacy/doctors, hairdressers, children's park Things to do: Hiking, beaches, kitesurfing, Brière, salt marshes...

Hello. My place is a typical fisherman's house located 30 meters from a small family beach. It has 2 bedrooms of 10 m2 and a small bedroom of 5 m2. There is a wood-burning stove available for a warm atmosphere, a garden of about 200 m2 with private parking (electric barrier). You will enjoy 2 bathrooms equipped with showers (no bathtubs) and 2 toilets. The place is very quiet, surrounded by many coastal trails 5 minutes from shops.

Guérande Peninsula

In Kermouraud, on the Guérandaise peninsula and in the heart of Briere, these three 50 m2 houses await you for a quiet stay near La Baule and the salt marshes. They are all equipped with air conditioning, a 4K TV and all the comfort appliances necessary for a peaceful stay. Possibility to rent electric bikes, paddle and sea canoe. A 180 x 200 bed upstairs and a 160 x 200 sofa bed downstairs. Bathroom with disabled standards.

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

The charm of a 16th century manor featuring the comfort of the 21st. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while being 10 minutes walk away from the harbour as well as the pier to all the islands. You will be located in the south wing renovated in 2015.
