Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

A bathroom with shower, washing machine, vanity unit and toilet. A small terrace/pergola at the entrance to the accommodation with garden furniture. Un commerce vous permettra de vous approvisionner(fermé le lundi) Vous apprécierez notre logement pour son emplacement, le calme. Le studio est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires, mais pas pour les enfants. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Nous vivons entourés de plusieurs hectares de forêt (sapins et chênes). Nous sommes idéalement placés : à 5 minutes du péage de l'A62 et à 3 kilomètres de notre magnifique village d'Auvillar que nous invitons à découvrir ! Toulouse (45 mn) et Bordeaux (1H15), 7 km de la Centrale de Golfech.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
