Monthly Rentals in Asuncion

I was so pleased with the stay. it wasa great value at about 1\3 the price we pay at a hotel. we live in tagum so we know we got the best Airbnb in town at this price range. fantastic value. super kind host that let us check out late. highly recommended

Great stay clean and comfortable. Only feedback I have is that upon arrival one is made to sign a 2/3 page contract which includes a list of all items in the house and cost to replace it. Ofcourse after a long travel the guest will not be interested to check the list of items in the house to confirm it is actually there before signing. I signed because i was tired and wanted to rest. Checkout was smooth.

The host was easy to talk to. Caretakers we're very hospitable. Place is very cozy and clean. Will surely come back.

We booked Che's place in a bit of a rush as we had to fly to Davao for an important service with our foreign guest. The place was clean and comfy and all the AC and other appliances are working fine. Some areas to improve on are the bathrooms and I'm saying this in consideration of our guest's preference in tidiness and hygiene. Still, it was a short and sweet stay for us because Che is very responsive to my inquiries and check-in/check-out was seamless. It's a good place with a great host. Highly recommended.
