Guest house holiday rentals in Athens

We had a really special stay! Pretty rooms and lovely to be able to sit out on the balcony and have such close access to the sea. Also took us no time at all to walk to nearby restaurants and the Moni island ferry, with a lovely bakery for coffee/breakfast even closer. Certainly recommend!

Ilioperato is run by the most fabulous host, Rena! The location is incredible and having hired a car and travelled the island, it’s easy to say that the accommodation is the most authentic on the island. Restaurants, supermarkets and bars are no more that a 5 minute walk away and all serve great food. The hotel is located down a quiet street and boasts a large salt water pool and private access to the sea (very quiet and clear water). The rooms are very clean and come with a modern bathroom, small kitchen area for basic cooking and a tv. The rooms are also air conditioned and have shutters plus a great balcony looking over the sea. Busses to and from the main port take 20 mins and cost €2 per person which is great. We’ve had a lovely stay here and hope to return one day!

A wonderful place with a lovely hostess. Ideal for relaxing and spending a few days in peace. It is very close to the port and the Paseo, where there is a very good atmosphere. 💙

Great location, amongst the archeological sites, on the foothills of the Acropolis. Responsive host. Overall, family had a good week.

Staying at Argyros place was wonderful. Argyro was extremly welcoming. We loved the small courtyard with the lemon tree and herb garden and frequently dined there. We used the kitchen a lot and were happy to stay in the tiny house that is away from street noise in the hill just outside the touristy area. Argyro gave us tips for what to visit and background history about the island. The interior was very clean and cosy. Would definitely come again to Aegina and stay at Argyros house.

I really enjoyed my stay at Panos's house. The house is a combination of old&new, feels just like home, just like the pictures, so warm and cozy.. I'm so lucky to have a host like Panos, he's incredibly kind, supportive and communicative.. He knew so much about Turkiye and our culture that we connected right away.. He guided me so well about the transportation alternatives and supported me during check in and check out times.. I would definetely stay at his house again if I'll ever have a plan in Athens. Take care my libra friend! :)

Had an amazing 12 days. The bungalow is beautiful. Comfortable, spacious, great shower, high quality and with great outdoor space. Just looking out over the bay was spectacular. Vourkari is small but with everything you need and it is easy to walk to a serviced beach and Korissia port for more choices. The main town Loulis is also great to visit and walk or just for sunset drinks and dinner. The local taxis are great and very reasonable. I’m sad to leave but so glad to have spent time here.

The location of the apartment is in a position that makes it so quiet, it is suitable for family. Spotless and very beautiful space just as the balcony. I highly recommend it! Thank you so much to Mrs. Katerina for her kindness and hospitality!

Marina was an excellent host. She coordinated our arrival at the port, picked us up from there, showed us the house, and explained everything we needed to know. The time at Patagionis apartment was truly amazing. You have a beautiful view over the hills and the Souvala. It easy to get around by foot and everything you need is close by. But the best at all was the hospitality! George (Patagionis son and the host) was so attentive and kind. this truly was the point that made our holiday unforgettable!

Thanks for everything! We had a pleasant stay! The place was even better than the photos and really clean with all the amenities. Really close to ‘Spathi’ the most beautiful and popular beach of Kea. We come back again for sure!

Vassilis and Hary are just amazing hosts! They are super friendly, happy and helpful! Their house and garden are just amazing! Beautiful big garden with lots of hammocks, goose, chickens, beautiful vegetation and of course their amazingly cute and friendly dog Oscar! The property is right on the beach! You go out of the garden gate and you are on a beautiful private sand beach! You can watch the sun set directly into the ocean from the beach. It feels like paradise! We will definately come back!
