The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

Perfect for walkers, cyclists and anybody looking for a base from which to explore Normandy.

Spacious house ideally located overlooking the largest lake in Normandy and a stone's throw from Normandy Switzerland and its GR, voted the favorite of the French in 2022. Come with family, friends, this 100 m² house (2000 m² of land) will be the place to meet. Outside: Private Parking, Pétanque Court, Charcoal Barbecue, Terrace. Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.
