Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Au Sable River

We love staying at Ashley’s houses! Awesome location for torch lake and great clean houses with room for a good size group!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was conveniently close to Caberfae (we took the 2 minute drive each day but you could have walked it (maybe 1/2 mile or so walking) and had plenty of space to fit our group of 6. Also had a convenient entryway area for storing our ski gear.

The house was immaculate and spacious for the 8 of us. Very comfy beds. We especially enjoyed the breakfast goodies gift they had waiting for us- pancake mix plus maple syrup and honey made on the property!

Alisha was VERY helpful, communicated very well and quick responses on all questions asked. My crew was in the area restoring power from the terrible ice/snow storm from the prior week. She welcomed us into her home! Thank you again for being able to help us and letting us stay!

Mary is a great and kind host. She made ourselves like feeling at home. Homemade muffins were greatly appreciated. She also made us an extra gifts by proving some extra toys for our toddler. She was also flexible with check in and check out. Very nice decorated home!!

Taylor was very accommodating. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a note that the some work had to be done on the property, the was almost completed, and she left us a giftcard for the nearby pizza place (definitely recommend the midwesterner there fyi) which is entirely unnecessary, though a very kind act. The work being done on the property did not Impact our stay one bit! The hot tub was lovely, especially on Sunday when we got to sit out there while it snowed around us. The fireplace was extremely cozy and one of our favorite features! We unfortunately missed ice fishing season, though found out from locals at Burt Lake where to buy some new fishing rods. Very friendly neighbors! Burt Lake took us only 7 min to walk to as well! Also walkable to a nearby brewery, grocery store at the corner though also could walk to for maybe 10 Min, liquor store probably 10 min walk as well. Wonderful location! Highly recommend!

Great place! We used this when visiting Boyne Highlands. It is so close that we came back at lunch to warm up! The place is perfect for 4 people, is very clean and well equipped. The owners were very nice and let us know the house was ready early and invited us to come early if we wanted. Hope to stay in the future!

We loved staying at Carl's. The pool table and hot tub are my kids favorite part.

Lovely place RIGHT on the lake. My husband and I went for a date weekend of ice fishing and relaxation. Yes-it was a perfect spot to walk out and fish despite the quantities of snow! Restaurants all right there in walking distance- hours are different than what is on menus or online so be aware. Very clean and cozy place that was spacious and warm. We will definitely keep it on our list for the future!

Nicest property I have ever rented. The rooftop deck was incredible, including the container plunge pool. Super awesome. Best place to watch sunrise in Charlevoix.

Great little place to stay while skiing at Schuss. Couldn’t be more convenient - Ivan’s, ticket office, and lifts just steps away. Room was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need for a ski weekend. Hosts were great communicators. Thanks for a great Michigan winter weekend!

This is our 2nd time staying at this charming second story apartment with cozy beds, a relaxing fireplace and view of the slopes. This is becoming our go-to when staying overnight in Petosky.

We came here after multiple power outages occurred in northern Michigan. It was a great safe haven, and has everything you need to stay warm, safe, clean and able to make a meal!

Our second time staying here. Very clean and neat. Super close to the horse park and the beach. Host is always responsive within a few minutes. Will definitely stay again.

The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We only stay one night and wished our stay was longer. Definitely if we get the chance would stay at this Airbnb again!

Cutest loft apartment and smells so wonderful. Everything was very clean and well put together. Amazing hospitality and location is wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place for big families, host was very responsive and condo is in a great location. Our only comment is that the condo can potentially hold 14 but there are only 2 bathrooms and one is in the master bedroom so a little hard for everyone to access at all times, other than that a great place and kitchen is fully equipped.

I booked Andrew’s place at the very minute. Andrew accepted our booking and when we got there, it was an amazing place with an amazing view. The place has all the amenities for 4 families to stay. All our family members loved the separate cabins for the privacy yet we spent significant amount of time in the main house. The place had multiple outdoor activities ready for us. It is a safe and quiet place. Andrew/hosts were super fast at responding to our requests and flexible. I already recommended this to my families and planning to book again in the near future. Thank you for everything and we are already planning to come back soon.

Great Place. Great Location. Be sure to confirm the address before going. The address AirBnB provided took me down dirt roads in the middle of nowhere 15 miles from the actual camp ground. But once you arrive the staff are great and very helpful

My husband and his friend stayed here for a couple days while salmon fishing. They said the beds were comfortable, good amenities, nice hot water for showers and they really appreciated the fish cleaning station. Thanks for the great stay!
