Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

GITE DU PETIT PAYSAN - Relaxation among horses

Rest at Les Granges, in an old dairy farm and filming location of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style – the place located in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - All comforts: one TV per room. Electricity is extra. Read the house rules carefully. Free firewood. No pets in the bedrooms, please. Linens provided and beds made. Mosquito nets everywhere.

The Barse Stable

Built in an old stable, our cottage is actually a large 65 m2 studio, an outbuilding not overlooked, where you will be in the quiet of the Champagne countryside. Come and discover exceptional nature: the passage of migratory birds, the forests of the Regional Natural Park and the Orient Lakes. Swimming, fishing, forest walks, we are also 10 minutes from the Thennelières highway exit, 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park or 20 minutes from Troyes!

70 m² accommodation with a 23 m² terrace where you can share good times with your loved ones, you can enjoy this beautiful space, not overlooked, quiet, with its barbecue (electric), garden furniture and a corner sofa. From the apartment you can access the dike on foot or by bike, you will enjoy beautiful walks to observe the fauna and flora of our beautiful Lake and access the nautical station. the wigwam is a dome-shaped tent which makes it a very cozy place. Its upper part is transparent, allowing its occupants to fully enjoy the outdoors while being comfortably installed in their bed. At night, the stars offer you a 360° view, during the day, it's the trees, birds and sky that you can contemplate at leisure. a special atmosphere with Lake Der on the horizon. Nature awaits you for special moments.
