My house is located 1/4h 20mn walk from the city centre of La Roche sur Yon, in a quiet area. Public transport is less than 5 minutes away and the train station is 20 minutes away on foot. The flat I rent is on the first floor as well as the kitchen and the bathroom . The toilet may be used from time to time , by friends who are passing thought . It is possible to park a car for free in the street or in a small car park next door. La Roche sur yon is a medium sized town well placed : less than 1h from Nantes (4 lanes and motorway (2,20 euros) all the way), 30 mn from Les Sables d'olonne, 1h15 from La Rochelle, 3/4 h from Le Puy du fou.
