Ostheim is located at the foot of the volcanic low mountain range and biosphere reserve Rhön, in the 3-country corner of Bavaria, Hesse, Thuringia with wonderful hiking and excursion opportunities. The Rhön Star Park attracts visitors with guided tours of the spectacular starry sky.

Modern holiday home in the heart of the Grabfeld

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. In his honor, it has become "DER HENKELHOF," where we would like to extend a warm welcome to you. By "we" I mean my parents Heri & Ilona and me. Spacious and quiet apartment in Merkershausen

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Our apartment is located in the center of Merkershausen, a district of Bad Königshofen. A kitchen with dining table, a living room with sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub await you. In the enclosed courtyard there is a barbecue corner with outdoor seating in the countryside. In the house there is another apartment on the upper floor. Parking is free on the street.

Farm community in old mill

Spend the night in the middle of a farm community in an old mill and enjoy the idyll and nature that surrounds us. There is plenty to discover on a tour of the farm, starting with the old mill, the weirs for the river and artificial mill canal, fields for growing vegetables, our small summer mill café (open on Sundays and last but not least our flock of chickens. The apartment is very bright and spacious, and can soon be combined with other vacation rentals.

Rothhäuser Mühle (Korbhaus) in Bavaria/Lower Franconia

On the first floor is the apartment "Korbhaus." On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

Lakeside house

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

You will live in the countryside in a very quiet and cozy 60 m² apartment in the annex. Ideal for switching off. The adjacent Haßberg with its many paths invites you to hike or cycle. Linens and towels are included. Fast Wi-Fi with up to 100 Mbit/s is also available free of charge. The access data is available in the apartment. We would appreciate it if you could let us know the approximate arrival time in advance.

The Cottage "Ferienhaus Haßgautor" consists out of 2 separate Apartments (Main- Apartment & Single Room Apartment) situated next to Naturpark Haßberge. The Single Room Apartment (23 qm, left to the archway of the house) consists out of one bathroom with shower/WC, a fully equipped kitchen, seating-accomodation, a couch, bed and own terrace. WIFI, bedding und towels are provided.
