A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you on the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room sleeps 3 people, with a double bed in 140 and a single bed, wifi and TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private at the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilets at the entrance of the house are in common.

Op een magische plek in het groene hart van Frankrijk staat deze onder architectuur gebouwde villa in een pittoreske vallei aan de rand van de rivier met veel privacy. Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Renovated in industrial style to retain its origin, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a cozy bedroom upstairs. A small terrace will allow you to enjoy the view. Free parking in front of the house. A true haven of peace!

This Gîte is located in a very quiet village in a beautiful green area in the region "Creuse" of the Limousin, France. Ideal for peace and nature seekers and super for the cyclist. Super supermarket and train station 2 minutes walk. Restaurants and large supermarkets and other facilities can be reached within half an hour. This Gîte has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.
