Rénovée dans le style industriel pour conserver son origine, elle propose une cuisine toute équipée, une salle de bain avec douche, une pièce à vivre et une chambre cosy à l' étage. Une petite terrasse vous permettra de profiter de la vue. Parking gratuit devant la maison. Un vrai havre de paix !

A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you on the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room sleeps 3 people, with a double bed in 140 and a single bed, wifi and TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private at the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilets at the entrance of the house are in common.

Located in a small, quiet and peaceful village in the countryside. To visit: Aubusson (Cité internationale de la tapisserie, 30 minutes away) Vulcania (Theme park in the heart of the Volcans d'Auvergne, 50 minutes away) Mas du Clos 20 minutes away (car circuit) Shared accommodation. One bedroom is rented on the first floor.

Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken.
