The little Refuge

This is a neat cottage for a couple or a little family (2 adults & 2 children) situated in the heart of the beautiful valley of Argelès-Gazost. It is a little house of about 40 square meters, with a separated parking and its own garden. At 450m high, it is close to shops (less then 5 minutes from 2 supermarkets) but in a quiet place, on the forest edge, without vis-a-vis. At the start of many walks, a nice trail brings you to Argelès-Gazost in about 20 minutes. Tranquility without isolation.

Le Moulin de Liar: old renovated water mill, in the heart of the Val d'Azun in the Hautes-Pyrénées, completely renovated in 2016, mixing the authenticity of the premises with the modernity of the layout. Le Moulin de Liar is located in Arcizans-Dessus at 850 m altitude and accommodates 1–2 people over 25 m2. It is located on the top of a typical mid-mountain village. You'll love the place because of the comfort, the view, and the location. The place is good for couples and solo travelers.

The water mill, unusual lodging thanks to its glass floor in the living room allows you to observe the water flowing under its vaults and the trout that are carried by the current of the private torrent that borders the property. Covering an area of 40m2 on the ground and with its mezzanine it sleeps up to 4 people.

The house is around 110 m2 with private terrace 60 m2. Garden is shared with another house (possibility to rent it for 4 more people). At your disposal you have wood and all the amenities you can need, parking at 30m, buble bath, Internet, sound bose, Canal+, canalsat, very well furnished kitchen. Nestled between the Aure and Louron valleys, this secluded barn offers you peace and quiet while being close to Loudenvielle and Saint-Lary. Access will be on foot, on a path of about 300 meters. Solar panels supply the barn with electricity, an opportunity to change your habits. The barn is heated only by a wood-burning stove. A Nordic bath will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature around you.
