In front of the house, there is a terrace and garden. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and radio provide entertainment. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, sink and toilet. In addition to a kettle, coffee maker & fridge, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Located not far from the city of Bamberg, on the edge of Franconian Switzerland.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Our small quiet penthouse, with 7 x 2 m loggia is self-contained and accessible only to guests during the rental period. It has been renovated and is located between the Margrave city of Bayreuth and the UNESCO World Heritage City of Bamberg (distance about 35 minutes by car) in beautiful Franconian Switzerland. Nearby is the Obernsee thermal bath about 15 km away. In Pottenstein, 30 km away, is the Teufelshöhle [Devil's Cave] as well as other leisure activities.

The kitchenette offers everything you need, as well as a sink, refrigerator, double induction cooker, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The cozy double bed (160m x 200m) has two dimmable bedside lamps and side shelves. Enough storage space is provided by two shelves, the space under the bed and numerous wall hooks.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. There are 2 separate apartments in Engelschanze, but they can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It extends over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own separate terrace with a view.

The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and invites you to relax and unwind in nature. The apartment is located directly on the bike/hiking trail (mostly level, flat routes right at your doorstep). It is 2.5 km to Ebermannstadt, the walk to the outdoor pool is 1000 m (3 km by car).
