Apartment in the green hills of Vienna

The apartment is on the outskirts of Vienna in the old village of Ober. St. Veit. You can go for a walk or run in the Lainzer Tiergarten, go mountain biking in the Wienerwald or eat ice cream in front of the church in Ober St. Veit. Still, you can quickly get to the center, the next subway and S-Bahn station can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. To Schönbrunn it takes 15 minutes - on foot it's a wonderful walk through the Hietzinger villa district, although it takes a little longer.

Wunderschönes, sonniges Appartement in Purkersdorf am Stadtrand von Wien. Absolute Ruhelage direkt am Wald lädt zum Entspannen ein. Grüne Idylle und doch nah zur Stadt. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Schnellzug erreicht man den Wien Westbahnhof in 15 Minuten. Perfekt eignet sich das Appartement für Autoreisende, da es direkt vor dem Haus einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt. Den nächstgelegenen Bahnhof erreichst du zu Fuß, dem Bus oder dem Auto. Beautiful, freshly renovated apartment in a very green environment. Spacious living-dining area with a dining table and a comfortable couch for cozy get-togethers. One bedroom features a king-size bed, and the other has a queen-size bed. Around the corner you will find an organic supermarket and about 5 minutes by foot there are two big supermarkets („Spar“ & „Hofer“). Public swimming pool „Hadersdorf-Weidlingauer Bad“ 130m away. The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. This beautiful, bright, spacious and newly renovated apartment will make your Vienna experiance unique. The U4-Subway-station "Untere St. Veit" is just a 5 min walk from the apartment and the U4 gets you within 15 min to the city center "Karls Platz - Opera" and to the Palais "Schönbrunn" in less then 5 min. The Tram "52" station "Gruschaplatz" is right in-front of the building and it gets you to the famous shopping street "Mariahilfer Strasse" in less than 15 min.

The cozy 35 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor. It sleeps up to 2 people. Kitchen and bathroom are separately accessible. Fridge, gas stove, microwave and coffee maker are available, as well as various Dishes for cooking. Internet (Wi-Fi) is also available and included in the price. In 4 minutes you are at the train station, from which you are in the city (Westbahnhof) in 17 minutes. A large shopping center is 5 minutes away.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Entire house in a green paradise and yet in Vienna

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
