A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Belle maison rustique, avec terrain d'1ha, un étang (à sec très souvent) de nombreux arbres. 7 chambres, idéale déjà pour petite famille ou un groupe comme plusieurs familles ou alors pour des séminaires bien-être (mauvaise connexion wifi et 4G). Nous n’acceptons plus les fêtes et anniversaires entre adultes, cela dérange trop le voisinage. Havre de calme et de nature. Lieux de ressourcement, de création, mais également propice aux échanges. This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you will be surrounded by nature. From the garden you overlook the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. There is a bar/restaurant in the nearby village (2 minutes away), and Lac de Pannecière is 5 minutes away, where you can swim, fish, go canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
