100 m from the sea, charming small studio 18 m2, air-conditioned, 2nd floor of a city building. TV connected to Netflix. 100 m from the bus station, port and shops. Great for people without a car! Everything can be reached on foot, even the beaches (10 min). Double bed 140 cm/200 cm. Quiet because the studio does not overlook the street but a corridor (no view). 2 double glazed windows I provide a secure parking space a 5-minute walk from the studio.

Passez un agréable séjour dans ce jolie petit studio d’environ 20 m2 confortable et cosy Il n’y a pas de chambre séparée vous dormirez dans le canapé lit . Attention je précise c’est un canapé lit et non pas un lit avec un matelas traditionnel ce qui fait que bien entendu le confort n’est pas le même . Concernant la cafetière c’est une dolce gusto . Les linge de lit et de toilettes sont fournis.
