If you want to try your luck in the rich fishing waters of Vestfjorden, boat rental is possible. In the months Jan-April the famous Lofot fishing is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and most abundant fishing village.

It is situated a 10 minute drive from Leknes and the airport. This cabin is in the middle of a peaceful and quiet and private area with own parking and hiking close by.

In February and March, the skrei comes to Lofoten, and provides a fantastic fishing. Popular place for mountain hiking with and without skis. By driving only a few hours you can reach other amazing mountains, beaches and beautiful towns in Lofoten and Vesterålen. It takes 20 min to drive to Svolvær, 15 min to Svolvær airport.

My place is near the sea, family-friendly activities, nightlife, nature and the airport. You will love my place because of the view, the location and the atmosphere. One can enjoy the silence. My place is good for couples, traveling alone, business travelers and families (with children). We generally close the cabin in the winter, but if you would like to visit Lofoten in the winter, please send us a request and we can discuss.
