Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Isabelle and Denis welcome you to this old farmhouse restored to the taste of the day in the heart of a quiet village typical of Nièvre. This old house is elevated, offering you an unobstructed view of the countryside. It is an excellent place to stay to discover the Morvan Regional Park, Vézelay, Guedelon and the Nivernais Canal, through different types of museums. Only two animals are allowed per reservation.
