Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

Round room set in the holm oaks above the stream with a suspended terrace. Bathtub, toilet, sink, double bed. The cabin is located above the Lou Abeilhs farmhouse with a bird's eye view of the valley. To access it from the parking lot there is a small path of 150 m and about forty steps. This entire independent accommodation offers you all the comforts you need for a peaceful break, whether for a weekend or an extended stay. Our house is intended for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. -We offer a studio: Dining table, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen - Internet -Toilet and shower - Bed (1600x2000) - bed (1200x1900) -Only dogs are accepted: We ask for an extra €15 per stay per dog not exceeding 40cm at the withers, beyond this size the surcharge amounts to €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.
